Belba Joins Hoots Front Office

Iowa-native becomes team’s new Director of Ticketing

O’FALLON, Mo. – The O’Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League, announced the hiring of Jesse Belba as the team’s new Director of Ticketing.

“Throughout the hiring process, Jesse stood out as someone who our fans will gravitate toward,” General Manager David Schmoll said. “I look forward to watching him work with our ticket holders and helping build our ticket base to the best in the Prospect League.”

Belba joins the Hoots after completing a summer internship with fellow Prospect League member, the Quincy Gems. There, he worked with Gems ticket holders as the front-gate point of contact. The native of Keokuk, Iowa-native graduated in May 2020 from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing-Sales Management.
