COVID-19 Updates

WHAT TO EXPECT AT CARSHIELD FIELD

As we approach the start of the CarShield Collegiate League on July 2, we are sharing our health and public safety measures for this season at CarShield Field. We have been working with local officials and these guidelines are based on those from the CDC, FDA and St. Charles County Health Department.

Here's what to expect:

FANS:

  • While not mandatory, we recommend all guests wear a mask upon entering the facility and when in close contact with non-household members
  • Attendance capacities have been decreased to ensure social distancing. Groups (same household, families, partners, etc.) will be able to sit together without distancing
  • Rows of seating throughout the ballpark are marked closed to ensure distancing measures are met (example: Row A is open, B and C are closed, D is open, E and F are closed)
  • Fans should keep two (2) seats of separation between their group and the next group
  • We have increased our hand sanitizing stations throughout the ballpark
  • Ticket stubs should be ripped prior to inspection and stubs placed in the bucket by the fan with no physical interaction
  • Signage and announcements will be placed/made around the stadium to remind fans about protective measures
  • Buffet services have been removed for the 2020 season
  • Condiment cards have been removed. Individual packets can be requested at points of sale
  • Direct interaction with players, staff and mascots will be limited by social distancing
  • Public water fountains have been closed
  • Staff inside of the facility will have masks when unable to socially distance
  • Exact change is required for the VIP Parking Lot
  • Once inside the ballpark, we will only accept touchless forms of payment (credit, debit and Apple Pay)
  • Fans in concessions lines should maintain distance from the next person in line

STAFF

  • All employees will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to each shift
  • All employees will wear face coverings and gloves when appropriate
  • Staff will remain 6-feet apart when at all possible
  • High-touch surfaces will be cleaned regularly with approved cleaning products
