Hoots Sign Drury Pitcher Joggerst for 2023 Prospect League Season

The right hander signed with the Alton River Dragons in ‘21

O’FALLON, Mo. – The O’Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League, announced the signing of right-handed pitcher Kaden Joggerst for the 2023 summer season. Joggerst comes to O’Fallon as a redshirt freshman from Drury University. 

The 6-foot-3 hurler attended O’Fallon Township High School in O’Fallon, Illinois, where he helped the Panthers to a third-place state finish in 2021. Joggerst went 8-1 with a 2.30 ERA and 62 strikeouts in 42 innings on the mound his senior season, awarding him All-Conference honors. The Illinois-native committed to Missouri State University (MSU) as one of the top pitching prospects in Southern Illinois – ranked 14th among right handed pitchers. Following his commitment to MSU, Kaden was drafted to the Alton River Dragons pitching staff for their 2021 inaugural season. Joggerst redshirted his 2022 collegiate season at MSU, before transferring to Drury University, where he will make his debut for the Panthers this spring.
