Hoots Sign NAIA Standout Lofton for 2024 Prospect League Season

Junior infielder comes to O’Fallon after earning multiple All American nods in his 2024 collegiate campaign

O’FALLON, Mo. – The O’Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League, announced the signing of corner infielder Bryson Lofton for the 2024 summer season. Lofton comes to O’Fallon as a junior from Bryan College (NAIA). 

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound corner infielder comes to the Hoots after completing his junior year at Bryan College (NAIA). In his junior year for the Lions, Loften hit for a whopping .458 batting average (5th in the nation) with 18 home runs and 66 runs batted in. The Resaca, Georgia-native’s 2024 campaign earned him 2nd Team All-American honors from both the NAIA and ABCA. In his 2024 season with the Hoots, Lofton has appeared in 13 games with a .286 batting average with two home runs and nine runs batted in.
