Hoots Sign Outfielder Zenor for 2024 Prospect League Season
The St. Louis-native finished in the top five of slugging percentage, OPS and batting average in the 2023 CarShield Collegiate League
O’FALLON, Mo. – The O’Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League, announced the signing of right-handed outfielder Henry Zenor for the 2024 summer season. Zenor comes to O’Fallon as a true freshman from the University of South Carolina Upstate (USC Upstate).
The 6-foot-0, 185-pound outfielder played 24 games last summer for the runner-up Adidas Athletics in the CarShield Collegiate League (CCL), finishing in the top five in four out of the five batting leaderboard statistics – quality at-bats (64, 1st), OPS (1.046, 5th), batting average (.365, 4th), and slugging percentage (.568, 5th). Zenor attended St. Louis University High School (SLUH) in St. Louis, Missouri, where, in his senior season, he recorded a .377 BA., .478 SLG, tallied 26 hits, 14 RBI and scored 22 runs in 69 at-bats for the Jr. Billikens. The 2023 graduate has committed to play for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I USC Upstate Spartans this upcoming spring.
