O’FALLON, Mo. – The O’Fallon Hoots, proud members of the Prospect League, announced the signing of right-handed pitcher Tanner Mueller for the 2023 summer season. Mueller comes to O’Fallon as a redshirt freshman from Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO).

Mueller held opposing hitters to a .153 batting average and allowed only 17 hits in 29 innings of work. His senior season, the Wentzville, Missouri-native started in five of his six appearances, striking out 34 in his 27 innings pitched. The right-hander participated in the 2019 Prep Baseball Report (PBR) Future Games and was ranked 33rd overall and 10th among right-handed pitchers in the state of Missouri. The redshirt freshman did not see any action in 2022 for the SEMO Redhawks, but was selected as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
