The staff at CarShield Field and the O’Fallon Hoots is always here to help you with any question you may have! Please review our FAQs or give us a call if your questions are not answered below.

For single Hoots games, gates open 1 hour prior to first pitch (IE gates open at 5:35 for a 6:35 game time). For double header Hoots games, gates open 30 minutes prior to first pitch.

For Collegiate League games, gates open 15 minutes before first pitch (IE gates will open at 2:00 for a 2:15 first pitch).

Only sealed, unopened bottles of water can be brought into the ballpark for adults. Baby food and bottles are permitted as well.

Your ticket turns into a voucher for a future Hoots game and can be redeemed at the box office for any Hoots game that season.

Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark. All patrons 3 and older need a ticket.

Outside of the Hoots’ annual Bark in the Park event, no dogs or pets are permitted inside of CarShield Field with the exception of service animals. Service animals must be clearly marked.

The Hoots offer FREE parking in the west parking lot and $10 for VIP parking directly in front of the stadium. Handicapped parking in the VIP parking lot is always free.

No, the Hoots do not offer any all-inclusive tickets on the day of the event for staffing and inventory purposes. The only tickets available for purchase on the day of an event are the $10 general admission tickets.
