Carshield Field
CarShield Field opened in 1999 in O’Fallon, Missouri, originally as T.R. Hughes Ballpark. Built as the home of the River City Rascals, the stadium quickly became a centerpiece of local baseball and community events. In 2016, the venue was renamed through a naming-rights partnership with CarShield, ushering in facility upgrades and continued investment in the fan experience.
After the Rascals concluded their run in 2019, the ballpark entered a new era as home of the O’Fallon Hoots of the Prospect League. With the addition of synthetic turf in 2017 and a strong focus on year-round events, CarShield Field continues its tradition as a vibrant gathering place for baseball, tournaments, and community celebrations throughout the region.
